Richie Tozier is Missing in New IT Images

by | Aug 15, 2016

I was unsure of how the new adaption of IT would approach its story, whether they would stick to a condensed version like in the original TV movie, or if they approaching it to be more inline with the book. Looking at the two new images from the set, It would seem they are taking a mixed approach, tackling things from the book and creating new plot lines.

Andy Muschietti, director of the upcoming remake has released two images on social media, hinting at 29 Neibolt Street and also the disappearance of one of the Lucky Seven!

As you can see from the images above, it does not look good for Richie Tozier, who’s posters are reportedly been seen on set, leading Muschietti to reveal the posters on instagram. However, don’t freak out just yet, the poster could be an illusion created by Pennywise, who does this type of thing a lot in the novel, to freak out the Lucky Seven. Either way, things are getting exciting as filming continues.

The first part of Stephen King’s IT is scheduled to be released on September 8, 2017, with the second coming the year after.
