The Running Man – What’s the Difference?
The Running Man is a 1982 dystopian science fiction novel by witten Stephen King, which was turned into a Arnold Schwarzenegger movie of the same name in 1987. The book, which wormed itself way onto shelves via King’s alto eago Richard Bachman, was a very different kettle of fish to the blockbuster movie, and CineFix
breaks down both of the mediums to see exactly what those difference are. Whilst the book is bleak look at a totalitarian state where the divide between the poor and the rich has grow to boiling point, The film is an action packed rollercoaster tempered to fit Arnies gun toting, face smashing film etiquette. So here it is “The Running Man – What’s the Difference?”. Enjoy!
