The Saw film franchise recently came out of retirement for an ninth installment of the torture porn series. It seems that the world is not quite done with  “Jigsaw” and his sick style of life motivation. However, over the years, Saw’s main protagonist John Kramer, played by Tobin Bell, has taken a back seat for other killers.
